Just recently when our VSX 7000e's call each other, the other reports no video recieved and if I telnet into the units the following is scrolling across the screen extremely fast continuously.

Hello GraniteLP,
I understand that you are having some issues with the connection between your VSX units. You mentioned that the far site stated that they had not received video. What did come through on their side? Were they seeing a black screen and still receiving your audio or did nothing go through onto the far side? Were you dialing from behind a firewall when this happened? If so what ports are currently open?

It appeears you see no video, but audio comes through.
It also seems to "infect" other units. Units that can call each other fine, once calling this unit exhibit the same behavior until rebooted.
We are currently testing the units on our local lan in the same building, no firewall, just direct connections.

Hello GraniteLP,
Thanks for the update on the issue. When this occurs are you seeing any packet loss on the call statistics? If you install a trial version of the PVX software from support.polycom.com on a PC and attempt to call this unit are you seeing the same issue on the PVX ?
