X30 - Change Layout - FW 3.10 - HP Support Community

Hi

We have a couple of Poly X30's on firmware version 3.10.
We would like to change the layout so that we can see more than 4 incoming video streams, however this no longer seems to be possible.

I have found this:

However they layout version doesnt appear on firmware version 3.10.
Has this moved or has it been removed?

Hello @Trueman1991 ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

You should also include the Microsoft Teams APK version as this may differ from the version we provide via the Firmware.

Most likely you need to ask this in a Microsoft Forum or open a ticket with Microsoft support as they control the application.

Once you get an answer on this please come back to the community and explain the root cause.
