I have been trying to get our X30 system to use the Calendaring Service but it fails to register. We use O365 products and I have bee unable to find a solution for this issue. I am hoping someone can guide me in the right direction.
Here is the current system information:
Studio X30 - Software Version:4.0.0-376092
TC8 - Software Version: 4.0.0-21099
Enable Calendaring Service: Checked
Registration Status: Registration Failed
User Name: firstname.lastname@example.org
Auto Discover Using: Email Address
Microsoft Exchange Server: outlook.office365.com
Meeting Reminder Time In Minutes: 5
Play Reminder Tone When Not In A Call: Checked
Show Information For Meetings Set To Private: Unchecked

Welcome to the Poly Community.
Office 365 requires OAuth to my personal knowledge and as the Studio X or G7500 does not support this it will not work.
The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organization as the community is run by volunteers only.
