Hi
I have Studio X30 software version 3.14.2-378005 and want configure monitor settings via system web interfeace (change from automatic resolution to 4K) but this option is disabled. In previous version I could do this.

Hope you get an answer on this!
We have a problem that whenever connecting a laptop to the Poly device for screen sharing, then the device takes a 4K resolution (matching the TV capabilities) which makes it basically impossible to navigate desktop UI since everything is scaled to a tiny size!
It would be great to "force" a cap in the TV resolution for screen sharing.

Hello @Syl We and @Daniel Freeman ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organisation as the community is run by volunteers only.
This would be a feature request and we cannot action this via the Poly community. Please contact Poly sales in your region so we can understand the Ask and look at implementing this.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

So far, the only way I have found to remedy this, is to right click on an empty part of the desktop on the PC, then choose 'Display Settings' and then go to 'Scale and Layout'. There, I change the size to '200%'. The problem with this is that it is not a 'Global' Setting, so each user would have to do this to scale it to whatever size they prefer.
