Just throwing another one out there to see if it is an issue, or just some odd configuration with our network and gateway.
I have about fifty X50s in MTR mode and from time to time they become completely unresponsive (black screen, web interface unreachable). When this happens, the unit goes offline in MS TAC. I don't see it as regularly with the G7500s. I can guarantee at least one or two a morning will be offline when I logon at work.
To recover it, it needs to be unplugged for 30 seconds before they come back up.
All firmware versions completely up to date and the devices show Healthy in MS TAC when back online.
I have found some older posts saying this issue will be looked into as part of Ver 4.0.1, but I am now on that version and still having this issue. Steffan mentioned the Microsoft Teams App crashed causing an ANR (Application Not Responding).
Steffan, I have raised a case with Poly and are confirming gateway settings, proxy (or no proxy) etc. 🙂

Answered it myself, looks like there are still problems with Ver 4.
Studio X series randomly freezing in MS Teams mode in PolyOS 3.13, 3.14.0 and 3.14.
Title isn't updated, but details are.

Hello @Chris A
yes, we are aware and I will look into updating the title. We recommend using the REST API for daily reboots to stabilize the system until we can share a debug build which should help us to understand the root cause.
This does not affect all users that run in Microsoft Teams provider mode.
Best Regards
