iOS

I have had app for 2 years. Today can’t scan. Can’t login. Can’t sign up. Because everytime I try to do anything I receive a bad request message. I uninstalled the app.  Turned off phone.  Dealt with cookies but still receive a bad request message.   I don’t care about printer at this time. I need to get rid of bad request message.

@Kmmcue, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

The bad request message is due to the app not responding correctly.

Did you download this app from App Store?

If yes, make sure the app is up to date. Check for any pending updates in App Store.

Also, check for any pending iOS updates.

Meanwhile you may use the printer via the AirPrint option.

Refer to - HP printer setup (Apple AirPrint for iPhone, iPad)

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
