What are the file types eprint can use? I notice Word and PDF. Is it for all of Microsoft Office products, like Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook,Powerpoint? Picture types? Web page type? Is there a app for eprint?

I reviewed the post comprehensively. splendid troubleshooting and superb effort to try and resolve the issue. As @A4Apollo is out of office for the day, I am jumping in to assist you here. Yes, the document will be held in queue and later printed once the printer powers on.

To answer the second question, yes it does work with MS office files, picture files and PDFs.

Please keep me posted. I will keep a watch for your reply.

I know you need to know the different types of eprint app that you can use with your printer.

I'm would love to help you.

The different types of app you can use with smartphones are HP Eprint app, HP printer AIO app and HP print plugin app.

You refer the articles to know more information about using HP AIO app and HP print plugin app.

If the printer is off and had e-mail a attach docement to be printed, will it be hold until the printer was turn on? What type of attachments the eprint service will print, Microsoft Office files, Picture files?
