Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

i used my HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911g for many years and often i used the HPePrint feature.

But this feature is not working anymore... Sometimes the printer shows me he has a connection, but if if a press the button on the screen, the printer shows me an error.

I read here some topics and i saw, that HP canceled some webservice support for older printers.

I looked to this side, but my printer is not on this list.

I can activate eprint in the menu and its shown as active.

But if i send a mail... nothing happend...

 

Somebody nows this!?
