Operating System: iOS

I must put in paper in the photo tray of Envy 5540 otherwise I get "tray open or empty" message when printing via my iPhone (using HP Smart)

I can print from macbook and windows laptop OK but encountered this problem when printing from my iPhone. We had nothing in the photo tray and I got the error when printing from my iPhone "tray open or empty". I could even print off from my iPhone a page for the printer configuration using HP Smart

I put in one piece of paper in the photo tray and then could do some A4 prints from my iPhone. So I have a workaround for my iPhone but this does not seem that fab!

Thanks for this fix. We had same problem after updating to IOS 15.1. Now works fine. This is an IOS issue as printer worked fine from android and on board self test print.
