I just became aware of the new hp instaink website and I could not locate the print history as it was previously viewable. Is this no longer part of the instaink service? Seeing this print list was very beneifical to me.  I allow others to use my printer and need to keep track of who is printing what and how much each person prints.

If the answer to my question is yes, my next question is: Will this service ever become available again?

Thank you.

Sorry - I don't have any insight into why the feature is removed but I will look into it further.

Hi,

If you login to your account and click print history, you will see how many pages were printed on each day for any selected billing period.

There are currently no plans to show the print history in it's previous format - Can you please elaborate on what what's missing from the current format as you see it?

That's unfortunate. It was beneficial to me to see the titles of the documents that were printed, as I have given a few others access to my printer and need to see who prints what. I don't, however, need access to any of the printed documents, just their titles. I see you don't directly work for HP, but do you or anyone else reading this know why was this feature was removed?

I too, am disappointed that this feature was removed. I would request that HP reinstate this feature.

Hi,

I've included a screen shot of the old printing history - @Jim_R_ASRC can you highlight exactly what's missing from the new look compared to the old.
