Everything is working now, with one exception. What I had to do was use the ethernet cable from the printer to my tower. Then I shut down and restarted in their suggested order. Everydevice prints wireless and I'm reluctant to remove the cable. As they are next to each other it is no big deal for me. Hope this helps.

Hello I am having the same problem. Both my iphone 4 and ipad 2 say no airprint printers found. The firmware is up to date. I have the Officejet 6500 710n-z. My husband bought me the printer for this reason alone. It's been months and I can't get it to work, at all. I was JUST able to connect it to my MAC wirelessly. Please help!

You may need to power cylce the router, printer, and iphone. Plug the router back in first and wait for all the lights to get to normal then power the printer on. When the printer is back to normal power the iphone back on and you should be able to print.

Please see my post from January 18th ... I've already done what you just suggested ... more than once. But for kicks, I'll do it again tonight when I get home from work.
I see from Fuzzbuster9's comment, that he is having the SAME issue still ... 5 months later.
The only reason I bought the printer was to be able to AirPrint, and it hasn't worked yet.
I'll repost once I try the reboot thing AGAIN.

Your right this should be working for you. What is the make and model of your router ? There are a few routers out there that have trouble working with Air Print.
