Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 2 printers we bought for a couple of our sites and have no luck getting the printers to print the HP Web Services claim code page. I have contacted HP Support and they logged into my computer to attempt to assist. The only think that happens when I click the print information sheet button is the screen refreshes. Tech Support was not successful. I can see both printers in my Instant Ink profile and they both show email addresses, which I was told the part before the @hpeprint was the claim code. Neither of these worked as the claim code. If I can't get these to work, then they are not going to serve the purpose we need them to. I have never had any issues with any of the other printers and this is a feature we use regularly. Any assistance is appreciated.

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
