Hello.

 

I have an HP Pavilion 15-eh0522sa 15.6" Laptop and today it no longer plays the audio through the headphones when they are plugged into the headphone jack. The audio plays but it continues to play from the laptop speakers. I have tried a couple of sets of headphones with the same result.

 

I suspect it will be related to the Windows 11 update that was installed yesterday. I have tried holding down the power button to reset, removing the software and drivers from device manager and restarting, and checking the HP driver site for audio driver updates (there were none) but none of this has fixed the issue.

Any advice appreciated.
