Have a set of HP 620s - most are fine but one has very low sound - I have reinstalled the audio driver but nothing has changed. It seems OK through the speakers though.

Any advice gratefully received

That is not sufficient info... however

plz let me know the following:

is the sound slow with all of the applications?

have you tried headphones or external speakers??

Try Adjusting the volume as instructed here:

I didnt explain myself very well.I am a network manager and  I have done all the things you can do re the volume that I can find!

There is definitely NOT a white sticker on the bottom - we bought them from a third party supplier.

Through speakers or headphones the sound seems fine

So it might be a hardware issue....
