I have the HP Pavilion dv5 1004nr notebook pc. I've had it for about a year now. And it has been trouble from the first day. The first thing that went was the battery, and after replacing it twice I ended up just powering it with the cord. then the screen went black, and I'n now forced to use an external screen. I also have 2 HP desktop computers. And they did the same thing. And the remote dosen't work. I tried reinstalling the OS. It did work before on windows 7.
