Product: HP spectre X360

So I did a software update last year and after that the microphone and speaker stopped working, even the audiojack won't detect when I have headphones plugged in. It started out as just not detecting a speaker and microphone on microsoft teams which resolved when I restarted the computer but now nothing. I am able to connect speakers and headphones via bluetooth. I have gone through the HP assist a few times but with no luck - uninstalling and reinstalling drivers etc. Could anyone help please??
