Product: HP 15-f272wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I broke the screen on my HP 15-f272wm over a year ago. I just replaced the screen but my son and I both seem to have forgotten our passwords. We can't get in to either account.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
