Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop screen randomly wouldn't open and my computer wouldn't boot up with the caps lock blinking. I saw that it could have been a ram issue, so I took both out and cleaned them but still no luck. So I tried updating the bios, the first time it wouldn't complete 100% then the screen glitched. The second time it completed and booted up but after booting gave me the blue screen of death and didn't boot. Now I'm stuck with a black screen and a blinking caps lock. I tried everything on the internet. Unplugged the SSD, the fans, and the battery but still no luck. The warrant on the laptop ended and it would be a shame to buy a new one. If anyone has a solution please help me. The laptop is an hp pavilion 16.
