  • I have been locked out of my laptop, I loaned it to my son and when I tried to use it after nearly a year later it just boots to a black screen asking for a password. My son doesn't remember if he changed any settings. From what I been reading online it says it's a boot or master password, everything I tried doesn't work. Please help, I need to use this laptop for my telecommuting job offer during the pandemic. I have all the original stickers and numbers that came with it if needed.
