Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Basically I got this new laptop for college. I got it July 28th. I was using it last night watching movies and all of the sudden when I tried to open it to use it today to check my tuition balance, the screen wouldn’t turn on. The power button in on but the screen won’t turn on and the caps lock keeps blinking and I’ve tried everything everyone else said to but it’s just not working. Any other solutions or ideas?
