HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-eh1000 (2H5A6AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Good day. A month after buying it, the battery on my laptop swelled up. I contacted the store where I bought it, but they said that because of the war they can't do anything and can repair it until the end of the war. I contacted HP service in Ukraine, they said that I was to blame for this. But how can I be to blame for the battery deflating, if I had the laptop for a month and the problem was that there was a defect in the laptop? Why is this attitude towards your customers? I stopped fighting for the laptop after everything I went through, but I want to resume this. I want a replacement laptop!
