Hello for everyone,

Can someone please help me find a new battery for my laptop? For the last couple of weeks my computer was lagging and couldn't hold battery properly, so I was thinking to replace the battery before my University starts. I'm living in Canada and I looked for a new one but I couldn't find any.

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.

Here are all of the components for your laptop on HP PartSurfer.  Here is the Part # for the battery 919700-850.  Here it is at in Canada: https://www.battdepot.com/ca/search/opn/hp/919700-850.aspx.

I suggest that you research the seller before buying from them.  You can use the part # to see if you can find it at another seller.

You can run a search using the part # for the battery and I am certain that you will find other sellers.  You will most likely have to buy a third-party seller's battery.
