Product: HP Pro x2 612 G1 Tablet
  • I have HP Pro x2 612 G1 Tablet with Travel Keyboard
    I charge it from the tablet normally, but when I charge using its keyboard the charging icon appears and the lamp switches on but not charging, but the battery decreases and not charging. I installed the latest driver and bios update, but no effect. Can you help?
