HP Envy x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-ad0000 (8Z966AV)

Hello, I have a question about my HP x360 Envy 16-ad Laptop that arrived to me this week, when I set everything up and checked the warranty, it says that there is 6-7 months left of warranty service, this is an open box product that I brought in excellent condition at Best Buy. There are 2 questions I have, am I able to reset the warranty back to 12 months since I just brought it? And also when I opened the box, there was only the laptop and the charger included, I want to find out what should be included with this laptop brand new because I feel like it's missing a ton of stuff like Manuals and a stylus, I saw a place in the box where the stylus would go but it isn't there nor the manuals, best buy advertised that in Open box excellent condition, it will include everything or a suitable replacement of that product. I want to find out that if indeed the laptop included a stylus but wasn't provided by Best buy then I could get a free stylus replacement from them instead of paying for a new one

To sum it all up, am I able to reset my warranty back to 12 months since I brought it in Open Box condition at Best Buy and what would usually come with this laptop that I'm not aware of, There's no way only the laptop and charger will be included, wondering if this laptop would include a stylus or manuals since there's a spot where the stylus would go and it wasn't included, Thank You!

Very good questions actually

  1. Same as sealed box, only machine, charger and few sheets of paper for few instructions, sometimes they are useless. To save plants and the earth vendors now do NOT print manuals, you can read on internet if you wish.
  2. Warranty: because it is an opened box, please check with BB or contact HP directly, you can NOT do yourself and this forum can NOT change for you.
  3. Stylus: Normally we have to buy a stylus (if machine supported that) ourselves. Sometimes, during promotion period HP may include a stylus in the box.

Regards.
