Hi, I've bought 68W USB-C charger 20V / 3.5A, but charges the notebook only when turned off. The power rating of charger is more than enough for the notebook. It's consumed power is between 10 - 20 W. Is there some BIOS or Windows setting for accepting this charger?

Its standard charger which comes with your machine: 150 W Slim Smart external AC power adapter. 68W is too low, you need 150W to charge your machine that why it only charge when machine is off.
Neat year or later, USB PD standard would limit USB-C charger down to 100W to 120W. But not available for older machines.
Regards.

Hello, thanks for the reply, but as I wrote above, the 68W is more than enoung. The notebook consumes only about 20W max during standard work. The battery is charging when the notebook is turned off or sleeping, so it must be some software issue. Actually, I don't even need to charge the machine, I just need that to take the power from USB-C when using this adapter.
I bought that notebook because of the possibility to be charged from USB-C so I don't have to travel with standard bulky heavy power supply. So if I buy 100W adapter, would it be enough or where is the limit?
