Hi, @JéssicaF
There are no standalone USB3 drivers for Windows 8, Windows 8.1 Windows 10 or Windows 11.
They are included as part of the operating system.
If your USB ports quit working, the only suggestion I can offer would be to see if installing the latest W11 Intel chipset driver for your notebook's chipset resolves the problem because you will not find any specific USB drivers for it.
Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver
10.1.19444.8378
If that doesn't work, you may want to go back to W10 if you have upgraded to W11 within the last 10 days.
If it's been less than 10 days since you upgraded to Windows 11, you can easily roll back to Windows 10. Here's how:
Open Settings: Press Windows + I to open the Settings app.
Navigate to Recovery: Go to System > Recovery.
Go Back: Under the "Recovery options" section, you should see a "Go back" button if you're eligible to downgrade. Click on it.
Follow the On-Screen Instructions: You'll be asked why you're going back to Windows 10. Follow the prompts and continue.
