Can somebody at HP decode the Fail ID I receive when I do the disk Read Verify Test:

 Fail ID = UBTS1A-000CAL-MFPV7G-61S813

The reason I'm running hardware checks is bcz whenever I use File Explorer, the laptop freezes for a minute, then recovers, then I can perform whatever file work I needed to do, until ...  it freezes again, then recovers, etc.

I don't see a way to look up that Fail ID code, nor what the resolution might be.  I have run the cmd prompt SFC /R, but the Fail at a specific cluster keeps happening.

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.

For (original) Windows 10/11. please use Cloud Recovery tools
