Extremely Frustrated and Fed up with Service Support from HP, Lost all my WFH works, Totally smashed my data

 

N number of new mails asking the repeated questions, and I'm Sharing my details, But I haven't got a single action to rectify my issue

 

I surrendered my laptop just for charging port issue, Laptop Display was dismantled and kept like a scrap at HP service centre, Chennai

 

Still my laptop issue was not resolved, Only response I heard from Service Team is bargaining for display replacement

 

I have all proof for display healthiness till I surrendering my laptop, even the engineer has received it by checking display and everything

Job Sheet was written as per condition, nothing about the display mentioned

 

What else I should do to get genuine service, how much I should pay mandatorily for Service Engineer incompetence work

While I understand the frustration, we here are not permitted to get involved in service issues.  So, I have passed this along to the Forum Moderators -- and one of them, or someone else from HP, should be getting in touch with you via PM>
