HP Envy x360 hinge broken

I got my HP Notebook in the summer of 2023 in November the right hinge popped out from under the screen while i was opening it. I've sent the notebook for repair twice and each time they've told me it's a customer induced damage. The second time they have even told me that it's a known error but only if it affects the left hinge.
