Product: HP EliteBook 845 G8 Notebook PC IDS Base Model

- request raised on behalf of another user to investigate the HP laptop charging issue on site

the following troubleshoot was performed:
Hard reset method:
1- shutdown the laptop
2- removing everything connected to the laptop (power, usb ..etc)
3- press power button for 15 seconds.

no change to charging 

Product still under warranty

- Error Code: N/A
