The product number does not reveal all the truth in our case. I would recommend you visit HP PartSurfer >> https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/

 

Enter your PC's serial number (S/N) and you will see all HP part numbers applicable for your concrete model.

 

Finally, turn to HP Authorized parts reseller for your country in order to buy the part >> https://parts.hp.com/hppartsIGSO/Part_Resellers.aspx?from=ERP&cc=GB&lang=EN&geo_code=EMEA

 

  • If you cannot do the HW repair/change on your own, you can turn to HP authorized service partner such as Bechtle, IT Hause, Urano or others , etc.
