Hi, 

I have a HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-Ba1xx, Serial No. [personal info removed], Product No. 2PS96EA#ABU.

I need to purchase a replacement battery. Can anybody help regarding the battery model number I need and where I might obtain one.

Chapter 3 page 20 has the battery part number and description.

 

Battery (3-cell, 41-Wh, 3.6-Ah, Li-ion)   HP part # 916811-855

 

HP does not sell the battery you need, so you can check HP"s list of authorized parts resellers at the link below who do business in Ireland to see if they have a replacement battery.

 

The HP Parts Store | HP Computer Parts | HP Printer Parts | HP parts | hp batteries | SSD | printhea...

 

Or you can do a search by the HP battery part number and find a compatible aftermarket battery on Amazon or eBay that references the HP part number.
