I have a HP Pavilion Sleekbook 15-b142dx   laptop is has a screen with 1366 x 768  can you tell me if I can put in a higher resolution  screen then the 1366 x 768  one

Your service manual (page 29) indicates HP offers only one type of a display panel, which must be what you have. So unfortunately, you don't have an option to upgrade to a full HD resolution panel.
