I want to know if it's possible to upgrade the HD (hynix hcg8e) to an SSD on HP Pavilion x2 - 10-n203np (ENERGY STAR). If possible, what the specifications the SSD need to have? For the RAM too...

Yes.
You can replace the legacy hard drive with a SATA 2.5" (7mm) SSD up to 4TB.
Examples:
The memory is not upgradeable.
It is integrated into the system board, as in soldered in.
