It has two memory slots and can support up to 2 x 8 GB of DDR4 memory.

The memory will run at 2133 MHz.

DDR4-2133 MHz memory is usually hard to find nowadays, so you can use DDR4-2400 CL17 memory instead which will automatically bridge to 2133 MHz.

You can replace the 500 GB hybrid hard drive with a standard 2.5" SATA SSD.
