Product: HP ProBook 460 16 inch G11 Notebook PC (8Z679AV)

My new laptop keeps freezing and it is super irritating. I have only had this for about a month and it has been consistently freezing on me. I then have to shut the computer off and turn it back on before I am able to do anything again. I have checked the BIOS and all updates are up to date. I checked that there were no updates needed for my trackpad/ mouse. I haven't downloaded any big files, I don't run an excessive number of things at the same time. 

I am flummoxed. This should not be happening with a brand new laptop. 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
