I need assistance with an issue regarding the HP USB-C Dock G5. We are able to achieve full functionality with one dock, but not with the other.

Laptop model: Dell Latitude 5500

Issue:

  • With the PN#5TW10AA#UUF, we were unable to get the displays to work yesterday, despite attempting various troubleshooting methods, including updating the graphics driver on the laptop, as suggested in other community posts.
  • However, this morning, we managed to get the displays functioning, but the Ethernet connection failed to work through the HP dock. The Ethernet connection worked fine when plugged directly into the laptop. Once we unplugged the USB-C Thunderbolt connection, the Ethernet started working, but the displays stopped functioning again.

On the other hand, when using the PN#5TW10AA#ABA, we have full functionality with no issues.

Could you please help resolve this?

5TW10AA#UUF and 5TW10AA#ABA are the same, only from different countries/regions. You need to update firmware for the UUF dock using
