I wanted this escalated. This is not an answer. I have asked for this to go to complaints as the fault is all over the forum. The hinges are clearly an issue. This should have been recalled. I do not know if this is in response to my call. If it is it is not a solution. You contact process is dire. Hours to get through on the phone or even find the right number. Website send you in circles.
