I have a HP Pavilion x360 14. I had bought in Feb 2021 and from 2023 itself, it had started showing little signs of trouble with the hinges, particularly the left hinge. My son uses it and as he always had exams or something else coming up, we couldn't take in to any 'carry-in repair' centres. We finally have some time and would like to get them replaced asap. Another thing to note is that we did not frequently convert into tablet mode. It was like 5 times a year at max. We would like to know to book a on-site repair service so that we can get it done at home itself. Someone pls help out ASAP. We are shifting homes within 3 weeks and we need to get this done so we don't have to carry this anymore like a fragile item.
