I need to download a driver for my hard drive but I don't know which driver. How do I find out the name of hard drive?

HP Recommended

Your notebook has a 64 GB eMMC flash memory drive.

 

There are no drivers for that drive.

 

They are included as part of the W11 installation media.

 

If you need to reinstall Windows on the drive, use the HP cloud recovery tool on another PC to create a USB recovery drive.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

You can download the software from the Micrsoft Store:

 

HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store

 

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you will have to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to create the recovery drive.

 

Your PC's product number is 1F6E6UA#ABA
