In Dying Light 2, the graphics card drops from 90 watts to 50-60 watts after a while. What's the problem with this?

In the photo you can already see the temperatures in the MSI afterburner. Temperatures are around 60 degrees, there is absolutely no thermal throttling. I think this is a software or hardware problem. If you are not an artificial intelligence bot, please give more logical answers. Artificial intelligence bots also write what you write.
