As I understand you are not able to go back to a certain page after running the diagnostics,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

 

The website link you've attached is to download the "HP PC Hardware Diagnostics", have you downloaded an update?

(Could provide details on what test you've done? which device passed the test).

 

Is the back button not working? or is it the mouse? 

(Have you tried using the "ESC" key?)

Press-and-hold the ON/OFF button for up to 30 seconds.  The computer will turn off.  Release the button.

Turn the computer on, in the normal way.
