Today when i came back home and tried to turn on my victus 15 but it didn't turn on.When i clicked the power button the button's light turn on and started to make fan noises but the screen didn't turn on.I tried to charge it and leave it for an hour and tried to open it again but still not working.Can anyone help me out?

A hard reset may fix the problem

  • Turn on the computer by holding the power button down for 20 full seconds then release.
  • Press the Power button one more time (if necessary) to start the computer.
  • Tap the ESC key about once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash.
  • Press F2 to run diagnostics: (v) 2.6 or later is recommended.
