please help with HP Dashboard. it cant allow me to log case, it gets stuck on Login Page... even though I already logged with my account. its been like this for from last month & no HP Employee knows anything about fixing it.

Please help us with your HP unit serial number, case ID (If any) or the product number on a private message for further assistance.
