Computer doesn't seem to charge via the usb-c port.  What part should I replace?  Does the entire motherboard need to come out?

Yes, I've tried with original and a few other USB c chargers, using both ports.  Doesn't seem to matter, computer won't accept charge.  I'm wondering what part I need to replace on the chassis.
