Product: Elitebook Folio 9470m

Hello, my Elitebook Folio 9470m won't turn on.

1,5 years ago I had to remove the battery because of overuse (its been 5 years since I got this laptop) so I use it with the charger. I tried to turn it on, but it only gives blinking lights at the charge mark on the edge of the laptop.

Any suggestions? I really need it for my school projects. Thank you!
