I am getting BSOD with a memory module failure. Can the memory cards be replaced, and upgraded, on my
HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0043dx

Unfortunately, the memory is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
In order to repair the problem, you would have to install a new system board.
It probably would not be worth it unless you can find a replacement motherboard for a decent price.
The parts list for your notebook has the motherboard part number and description.
