Product: hp 15 dy2055 wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP laptop does not charge the battery, it is always at 0% remaining, I changed its disk and formatted it to Windows 11, check if the battery was disconnected and is perfectly connected.

Need model number and results of the battery test and most likely you need a new battery.
