My laptop is heating near chipset and wont turn on hp stream 14

My hp stream wont turn on and when if i try its heating in the chipset part when i hold it under

If your CAPS LOCK has series of blinks when trying to turn the laptop on, please refer to HP document about blink codes. If you still need further help, please include your Stream product number in your next reply. (e.g. "14-ax010nr")

If your computer does not respond in any way when turning on except by producing heat - no video, not beeps, no lights on keyboard or elsewhere on or blinking - I would recommend not trying to power it up since the reason may be a short circuit and theoretically can end up in a fire.
