Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d1 (53F54AV)

I had the pleasure to meet a nice support with HP employee he help me to upgrade bios e uefi but for solve a battery bug (calibration need also if the battery is perfect) ,The Battery is green lit, no issue is perfect but I lunched on UEFI F2 ambient the calibration for the 3rd time in a week..The operator says to connect the AC during the test,but I read that should be disconnected.Where is the True? All the test must be with AC or Without AC?? Please Help me

in general, the test should be done by connecting to the AC charger..if done without the charger the battery discharges during the test and may give unrealistic values.
